Adheetha is an online mastery learning platform operated by Adheetha LLC ("Adheetha," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide structured math lessons through our website at adheetha.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Adheetha. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Adheetha is currently in beta. This means the platform may have bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected downtime. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or continuity of service during the beta period. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adheetha LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which during beta is zero).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
